Whether you are a fitness veteran or joining a fitness club for the first time, if you are interested in a Penn Oaks membership, you can take advantage of our Quick Start program. This free service helps anyone that is new to Penn Oaks get a jump start on their training with a special professional consultation. It’s a service no other gym provides, and is just another reason that Penn Oaks is your best choice.
